the morning comes and lights the shadows
glowing glistening light
illuminating everything
how does mother earth balance things so equally?
the soft wind, the birds calls, the harmony of nature?
there is so much here
people before us, I’m sure loved this place
Iroquois Pilgrims Immigrants
all one thing in common
the good earth
the abundance of her giving gifts
their gratitude
this land has seen much and endures
it’s faith in nature herself
and the underlying understanding of time
